Director of Regulatory

Mikaela Burma brings a variety of regulatory expertise to Vantage Point, with substantial experience in regulatory analysis, contract compliance, and statute review. As part of the VPS Consulting team Mikaela brings depth in complex case management and specializes in drafting, research, and project agreements. In addition, Mikaela also assists clients with regulatory and policy questions as well as acquisitions, carrier disputes, and video programming negotiations. She holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Sioux Falls in Psychology and Theology/Philosophy as well as a JD from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis.
