Eli’s background is in the manufacturing industry, where reliability, responsiveness, and accountability matter. He approaches client relationships with a strong sense of follow-through. If a question does not have an immediate answer, he works quickly to find one and closes the loop. His experience gives him an understanding of the challenges and priorities common in operational and power-focused environments, leading to conversations that are practical, direct, and productive. An avid outdoorsman, Eli spends his hours away from work hunting, fishing, and making the most of time with family and friends.
