Tim Tierney
Customer Relations – Backup Power
Tim Tierney helps organizations ensure critical systems remain operational when reliability matters most. With a background spanning IT infrastructure, telecommunications, and public safety networks, he understands how power systems directly impact uptime — and how failures can disrupt essential services. Early in his career, Tim saw firsthand that backup power was often treated as an afterthought, leading to costly performance issues after systems were deployed. That experience drove him to specialize in power systems and solutions, with a focus on ensuring systems are properly designed, tested, and aligned with real-world operational requirements from the start. Today, Tim works closely with clients to identify risks, translate complex technical challenges into practical solutions, and build resilient power environments that support long-term performance. His approach combines technical knowledge with a strong understanding of the operational demands facing telecom, IT, and public safety organizations.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wichita State University and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)

“I’ve learned that reliability isn’t something you add after the fact. It starts with understanding the application, identifying the risks, and designing the right solution from the beginning.”
