Flint Energies seeks an accomplished, strategic, and community-minded executive to serve as its next President and Chief Executive Officer (President/CEO). Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the President/CEO will provide enterprise-wide leadership and management for the cooperative and will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and overseeing its activities and affairs in accordance with the bylaws, policies, strategic plans, and business objectives established by the Board. Distribution operations and broadband knowledge desired. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are desired.
