His background spans federal government service and nearly two decades in the power industry, offering a clear view of both day-to-day operations and the broader forces shaping electric cooperatives. At Vantage Point, Tom connects clients with the people and perspectives needed to navigate complex challenges. His curiosity drives him to quickly get to the heart of how things work, helping him identify priorities, ask sharper questions, and offer insight that aligns with how co-ops operate and make decisions. Tom helped grow a family-owned business to three times its size, providing firsthand insight into scaling while staying focused on customer needs. His early leadership and continued involvement in the National FFA Organization strengthen his connection to rural communities and the clients Vantage Point serves.
