As Ntera moved through multiple phases of its fiber rollout, a need emerged for consistent social content that could scale alongside construction without creating extra strain on the internal team. Rather than starting from scratch each month, Ntera needed a flexible set of assets that could evolve with the rollout progress while reinforcing trust, education, and clarity.
The solution was a suite of six repeatable social media themes designed to support ongoing communication throughout the fiber build. Four static graphic concepts and two motion graphics provide the Ntera team with a steady cadence of posts that cover key rollout updates, community-specific milestones, and education around the benefits of fiber and Ntera’s differentiators as a provider. Each theme was intentionally structured to stay relevant across rollout phases while remaining easy to refresh as progress unfolds.
By using editable templates, Ntera’s internal team can quickly update messaging, locations, and timelines as construction advances. This approach keeps social content timely and accurate without slowing down day-to-day marketing efforts. It also ensures customers receive clear, consistent information about what to expect, why fiber matters, and why Ntera is the right choice.
The result is a scalable social asset system that supports transparency, builds anticipation, and strengthens customer confidence throughout the rollout — giving Ntera a reliable way to communicate progress while maintaining brand consistency and internal efficiency.
