Gaven Davis is the Director of Managed Services & IT at Vantage Point Solutions, where he leads teams delivering managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure services that help organizations operate more securely and efficiently. Since joining Vantage Point in 2008, he has guided clients through increasingly complex technology environments, helping them design, implement, and support scalable solutions that align with business goals. Gaven brings deep expertise across network engineering, cloud computing, disaster recovery, and IT operations. His background includes Carrier Ethernet and DWDM transport networks, VoIP and IPTV platforms, firewalls, routing and switching, virtualization, storage, and cloud technologies. By combining hands-on technical knowledge with operational leadership, he helps organizations strengthen performance, reduce risk, and maintain reliable systems that support long-term growth. Gaven resides in Mitchell, South Dakota with his wife and three children.
Gaven holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems with minors in Business and Computer Networking Security from Dakota State University.
