Memo: STIR/SHAKEN Robocall Mitigation Database & Program Updates

All providers must comply by February 26, 2024.

As you may recall, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released an Order on March 17, 2023 designed to bolster the existing STIR/SHAKEN and Robocall Mitigation Database/Program requirements. Many of the requirements were delayed, pending OMB approval. The FCC released a Public Notice on January 25, 2024 outlining the new filing requirements and filing deadlines. These requirements are due February 26, 2024.

The memo below includes additional important information on the new order.
