Memo: Cybersecurity Reminder for Enhanced ACAM Electors

Cybersecurity and Supply Chain Risk Management plans must be submitted to USAC.

Enhanced ACAM electors are required to implement operational Cybersecurity and Supply Chain Risk Management plans as outlined in the Enhanced ACAM order, FCC 23-60. According to the order, plans are to be submitted to USAC by January 1, 2024, and certified by January 2, 2024, [or within 30 days of approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA), whichever is later]. Reply comments for the order are due December 22, 2023. PRA approval will be announced sometime after this comment period, as a result it is anticipated the certification will be required during Q1 of 2024.
