Vantage Point is pleased to share that Lee Jager, Integration Services Manager, has been honored with the Service Member Patriot Award by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR).
The Patriot award recognizes individual supervisors for support provided to a nominating Service member and his or her family. The award reflects efforts made by the supervisor to support their citizen warrior employees through a wide range of measures.
Lee Jager was nominated by Integration Services staff member AJ Miller. AJ joined Vantage Point in 2018, and provides support to clients through fiber testing, turn up and maintenance of transport networks, and service ticketing.
“Lee’s support takes a tremendous amount of stress off me and my family when we don’t have to worry about my military commitments having a negative impact on my employment. Especially now with my deployment coming up, I wanted to voice my appreciation,” Miller said. He has served in the South Dakota National Guard since 2015, where he is currently a Platoon Leader for a signal communications unit.
