With over 40 years of experience in the electric cooperative industry—including three decades as a general manager and two years leading a national association of electric cooperatives—Tony Anderson offers unmatched insight to Vantage Point Solutions clients.  

As Senior Advisor, Tony supports electric co-ops with practical, experience-based guidance on budgeting, operations, vendor relationships, and long-term planning. His career is rooted in rural communities, and his deep background serving cooperative members and the industry ensures member needs are always the priority. Having led three different electric cooperatives, he has firsthand knowledge of what works—and what doesn’t. This experience helps co-ops avoid costly mistakes and implement proven, sustainable solutions by translating decades of field experience into actionable strategies that keep projects on track and goal focused. He is passionate about helping cooperatives navigate change while staying true to their mission of providing safe, affordable, and reliable service. Tony holds an Associate of Arts from Northern State University
