Landon Sapp, Director of OSP Operations at Vantage Point Solutions, has advanced his career through a hands-on approach and comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Outside Plant operations. Since joining the team in 2016, Landon’s unique journey has included roles in CAD Support, Layout, Right-of-Way, Permitting, Environmental, Project Administration, and Contracts. He has grown alongside the company, making significant contributions to the expansion of the OSP (Outside Plant) department.

As Director of OSP Operations, Landon oversees internal process plans and specifications, ensuring everything from CAD mapping to contract creation is streamlined for efficiency and accuracy. Under his leadership, the department manages a substantial team, which includes roles in OSP Layouts, CAD Support, CAD Design, Contracts, and As-built Operations.
