Eric Rajchel leads Vantage Point’s engineering team, delivering innovative solutions for power utilities and energy providers. His expertise spans project management for large, complex projects that include components of grid modernization, fiber deployments, and integration of advanced technologies to improve reliability and efficiency. Eric has extensive experience spanning elements of both the telecommunications and power distribution industries. He excels at identifying challenges early and implementing practical, cost-effective solutions that keep projects on schedule and within scope. As a leader, Eric ensures resources and workflows align with client goals while driving strategic initiatives that strengthen utility networks for the future.  

Eric holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from South Dakota State University.
