SUMMARY
The Texas Broadband Development Office (BDO) is seeking applications for the Texas Middle Mile (TMM) Program, with up to $200 million available from the state’s Broadband Infrastructure Fund (BIF). The program will fund middle-mile projects, with no required match, to improve resiliency, expand open-access networks, reduce costs for unserved and underserved areas, and support flood detection and monitoring systems. Applications are due November 20 at 2 PM. Questions may be submitted to the BDO until September 5 at 2 PM.
