Vantage Point Solutions and NTCA jointly filed an Ex Parte challenging a WISPA filing seeking to relax the reporting requirements when proving 100% overlap. The Ex Parte argues against this, suggesting that the filing requirements be similar to what the FCC used for the lower 700 MHz benchmark filings.
