Lee has been involved in Integration Services Engineering since 2001. His network management and troubleshooting expertise was gained from his extensive work with broadband personnel on various projects. He is well-versed in various transport and access platforms in addition to most communications ancillary equipment. He has extensive experience with design, installation, provisioning, troubleshooting, cutover, and testing of various communications equipment. He has been readily involved with central office data center infrastructure design, implementation, project management, and final inspection.

Lee holds an A.A.S. in Computer Systems Technology from Mitchell Technical Institute.
