As Director of Power Operations at Vantage Point Solutions, Jeff Waldbauer spearheads the company’s initiatives in power engineering and wildfire mitigation, utilizing his extensive leadership and operational experience to drive innovation and growth. His efforts are focused on ensuring that Vantage Point remains a leader in the rapidly evolving energy sector. In his role, Jeff draws on his leadership skills to strengthen internal teams and foster a culture of collaboration. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys golfing and attending concerts, sharing his passion for the arts with his family, who are active in creative industries.

Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting from Northwest University.
