Cody Jenks has been a driving force in the Network and Security Services department since 2010. After being promoted to Senior Network Engineering Consultant in 2017 and later to Network Services Manager in 2023, he now leads a team of highly skilled network engineering professionals focused on delivering scalable, resilient, and future-ready network solutions. Cody has been instrumental in shaping the architectural direction of broadband networks across a wide range of client environments, guiding the design and implementation of complex systems that support both legacy and next-generation technologies. 

Cody’s experience spans subscriber access, transport, core, and edge networks, with a strong foundation in routing and switching protocols and packet optical transport. His involvement in large-scale engineering projects has shaped his ability to lead with technical precision and anticipate operational challenges while aligning with long-term strategic goals. He holds a Juniper Networks Certified Professional (JNCIP-SP) certification, reflecting his deep expertise in service provider routing and switching and his commitment to excellence in network engineering.

Cody holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Network Security, magna cum laude, from Dakota State University.
