Andy Deinert is the Vice President of Network & Security Services at Vantage Point Solutions, where he leads a team that specializes in routing and switching, managed services, cybersecurity, and NOC operations. His experience spans back to 2004 where his experience in information technology has assisted network administrators design, secure, and modernizing their networks. Andy is a CISSP‑certified leader whose work spans network assessments, operational reviews, and strategic security initiatives for broadband providers nationwide. He regularly authors technical and strategic documents that guide clients in strengthening network reliability, security posture, and long‑term operational planning. His leadership reflects Vantage Point’s mission to combine deep technical expertise with practical, client‑focused solutions that support the evolving needs of network operators.  Andy majored in Computer Information Systems and minored in Computer Networking at Dakota State University (DSU) in Madison, SD. He holds an active Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from ISC2 and previously earned his Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification (now expired). He also serves on the Cybersecurity Industry Advisory Board at DSU.
