Jolyn has been involved in the telecommunications industry since 1995 and currently supervises the cost study activities of VPS’s consulting department. Over the years, Jolyn has worked on cost issues for dozens of companies across the country and has been the lead consultant on numerous interstate and intrastate cost studies. Jolyn has also helped incumbent and competitive telecommunications companies pursue new business and revenue opportunities. She has developed business plans, budgets, financial forecasts, acquisition studies, and RUS Broadband loan applications.
