Adam Fenski is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 13 years of industry experience involved with the research, network architecture design, and economical implementation of emerging technologies into rural telecommunications networks.

He is a leading expert in the applications of IP based convergent networks, especially Voice Gateways, Voice over IP (VoIP), and softswitching technology, and specializes in outside plant electronics including Next Gen switching equipment. He is also responsible for technical research, development of plans and specifications, vendor evaluation, project management and final inspection, and leads Vantage Point’s CALEA TTP services team.
