Meet Our New and Expanded Customer Relations Team

Vantage Point Solutions is pleased to introduce an expanded, restructured Customer Relations team serving the Broadband and Electric services industries. The changes include the addition of new team members and some geographic adjustments, as well as an enhanced leadership role for longtime Vice President of Customer Relations, Kevin Kloehn.

To support the addition of power engineering services, we introduce a new team of Customer Relations professionals focused specifically on the needs of Rural Electric Co-ops and other consumer-owned utilities across the country. Steve Thomas, Michael Hullihen, and Bryan Brown have joined Vantage Point serving the southeast, northeast, and western US, respectively. Mike Loecker, an established leader at Vantage Point, will also be working with electric utilities in the Midwest.

The Customer Relations team serving broadband providers across the U.S. has two new additions, as well: Steve Davis now serves the southwest, following the retirement of Vantage Point Co-founder Darren Dierbeck. We are also pleased to welcome Kevin Keough who will work with service providers across the northeast in states previously supported by Kevin Kloehn. They join Karl Hochmuth, Mike Carpinelli, Mike Loecker, and Anna Callicoat in serving the broadband industry coast-to-coast.

 

Lastly, Nick Jones has joined Vantage Point as Director of Utility Engagement. In this newly created role Nick will work alongside both the Power and Broadband Customer Relations teams to develop and leverage modern communications networks and enhance rural vitality through innovations such as Smart Grid technologies.

Kevin Kloehn, no stranger to rural service providers, steps into an enhanced leadership role overseeing Customer Relations nationally. A trusted and longtime leader at Vantage Point, he is deeply experienced and well-positioned to guide the expanded team across both industries.
