Mike Neeley spent more than a decade with the Kansas Corporation Commission as a telecommunications litigation attorney. In that role he advocated for the Commission Staff and developed relationships with industry professionals. He also gained insight into state and federal law, administrative bodies, and developed a keen sense of the regulatory process. During his time at the Commission, he developed expertise in interconnection, ratemaking, and universal service subsidy programs. This expertise comes to bear at Vantage Point’s Consulting team, where he assists clients with regulatory compliance, develops telecommunications contracts, and appears before the FCC and state utility commissions. He understands the business needs of his clients due to his background in Economics and has a long-standing interest in intellectual property law.
