Michele Lee has over 20 years of financial services experience as a loan officer, internal auditor, and compliance analyst. Her career emphasis is lending and deposit compliance. Before joining Vantage Point, she worked for a local financial institution performing compliance reviews and serving as a liaison to regulators. She is well-versed at training bank personnel on regulatory changes and advising on necessary policy or procedural updates. She became a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager in 2012. Michele earned her bachelor’s in finance from Minnesota State University-Moorhead, graduating with Summa Cum Laude honors. She completed National Compliance School for the ABA. She is a graduate of Leadership Watertown, and active in her community.
