Jeff Westendorf, CAD Design Manager at Vantage Point Solutions, is a seasoned professional with a passion for his team and the intricate broadband provider industry. With a remarkable 14-year journey at VPS, Jeff’s story began as an OSP inspector, traveling extensively and handling diverse responsibilities in the field. His invaluable hands-on perspective allows him to develop, guide and lead the CAD team with precision in his new role as CAD Design Manager. In this role, Jeff leads a pivotal team responsible for transforming conceptual ideas into detailed, accurate and actionable plans for deployment and maintenance of broadband infrastructure.

Jeff is an exceptional leader. He believes in the power of a tightly knit team, recognizing the significance of every individual’s role and ensuring that his team is well-prepared to handle any situation, especially when colleagues are on-site and facing challenges.

Outside of work, Jeff’s commitment to community and family shines through. He actively participates in youth football coaching, drawing from his own experiences as a college football player. His roots on a small dairy farm in Geddes, South Dakota, combined with his background in multimedia graphic design and electrical construction, contribute to his well-rounded perspective.
