Alicia Brenna is an accomplished attorney, bringing extensive experience in telecommunications, real estate, and energy law to Vantage Point clients. Originally from Wisconsin, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Minnesota and a law degree from Hamline School of Law. Her legal career began in Western North Dakota, where she helped manage her family’s farm and ranch before establishing her own law firm. Alicia has played a pivotal role in the regional oil boom, working as in-house counsel for oil and gas service companies, trucking companies and local co-ops. Her substantial legal expertise spans contract drafting, negotiations, regulatory work, and mergers and acquisitions. Alicia’s work has significantly contributed to the growth of telecommunications infrastructure in the Dakotas and beyond. An active member of the NTCA legal committee for eight years, she has shaped policies, by-laws, and regulations for the telecommunications industry.
