Memo: BDC Preliminary Serviceable Location Fabric Reminder

As a follow up to the VPS April 20, 2022 Memo, the FCC has the initial production version of the Serviceable Location Fabric available and each FCC Form 477 Certifying Officer (as identified on the June 30, 2021 477 filing) should have received an email from nbfsupport@costquest.com or support@costquest.zendesk.com with instructions on how to register to receive the Fabric. CostQuest was to complete the email notification process by April 21, 2022, so if you are a certifying officer and have not received an email, please email NBFsupport@costquest.com to request an invitation. You may also want to check your SPAM email filter.

Service Providers that do not register to receive the initial production version of the Fabric will not have their data included in the final Fabric production, so it is imperative that you register as quickly as possible.
